AMC Has Replaced Nicole Kidmans Ad with a Shorter Version & Fans Are Not Happy

Nicole Kidman‘s “We Make Movies Better” ad has been playing before every movie at AMC Theatres for the past three months and fans were surprised to discover a new version of the ad this weekend.

The original ad was 60 seconds and featured Nicole walking into the complex and making her way into an auditorium while the new 30-second version starts with her already in the theater.

The new version of the ad also replaces the movies that were shown on the big screen. La La Land is now missing and A Star Is Born is there instead. Nicole‘s dialogue is also truncated.

Fans are not that happy about the diluted version of the commercial. Someone even started a petition to restore the full cut!

They took out “heartbreak feels good in a place like this” from the Nicole Kidman AMC ad. :’(

The rumours are true: AMC has cut the 60-second pre-show Nicole ‘Heartbreak feels good in a place like this’ spot and replaced it with a (greatly diminished) 30-second version

It is my gay duty to report that not only is the new Nicole Kidman AMC ad shorter, but she is watching entirely different movies.
